Workshop feedback

• When you submit workshop or presentation feedback, we collect your 1 to 10 rating, what you found useful, any private improvement suggestions, and any name, email, job title, or company you choose to provide. You may submit feedback anonymously.
• Your testimonial permission applies only to what you said was useful; improvement suggestions always remain private. Permission does not publish a testimonial automatically. After manual review and approval, a testimonial may be shared on the Will Ferry Group website, social media, and other marketing materials. With full-attribution permission, an approved testimonial may show the name, job title, and company you supplied. With first-name-only permission, it may show only your first name and the label "Workshop participant." Feedback marked private is not added to the testimonial review queue or published.
• Personal follow-up permission is separate and optional. If you select it, we record your consent and may use the email address you supplied to contact you personally. It does not send an automatic email, enroll you in a sales sequence, or subscribe you to the newsletter.
• Newsletter consent is separate and optional. If you select it, we record your consent and submit the email address you supplied to our existing newsletter provider. A provider failure does not discard your feedback. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How we use information
